Catalyst Professional Services
The table below shows the typical professional services we offer to facilitate any IDP deployment. The services are similar to a new EDRMS deployment, however the overall effort ranges are much lower due to the pre-existing retention schedule and IA. The retention schedule adjustment and SharePoint IA customization can be entirely done by you, with little guidance from Catalyst.
Deployments can be run multiple times. For example you may wish to deploy once to a “sandbox” test tenant, examine what the deployment looks like, and then adjust the SharePoint IA and/or the retention schedule accordingly. You can then later deploy the permanent solution to your permanent tenant.
The custom search is purely optional and allows users to conduct complex searches across multiple sites and/or libraries.
Services
Retention Schedule, Adjustment
Adjust the existing retention schedule to remove business activities not applicable. For example, remove public transit, water treatment, firefighting, wastewater treatment if not applicable. Conducted on-screen by client, guidance from Catalyst personnel.
SharePoint IA, Customize
Replace placeholder list column values with organization-specific values. Conducted in conjunction with Catalyst prior to deployment.
SharePoint Deployment, First Time
Deploy full SharePoint IA in customer tenant. New (initial) first-time deployment in fresh site. Create sites, libraries, columns, content types, lists, term store, library views.
Custom Search
Optional. Define and deploy a custom search based on business unit requirements.
